Solution

We rebuilt the interface on a token-driven component library where every design decision — colour, type scale, spacing, radius — exists once and is consumed by name.

Designers and engineers then worked from the same primitives, so a spacing change in the system propagated to production without a ticket.

Results

Visual QA rounds dropped from four to one. Pipeline velocity rose 42% within two quarters, and administrative coordination work fell by 58%.
